Criminalizing homelessness and the conditions that lead to it does nothing to solve the problems of <br />housing, healthcare, and shelter -- it only punishes our most vulnerable neighbors, adds additional work to the <br />police for which they are not trained, and leads to increased risks of violence at the hands of police. <br />I urge you not to pass this ordinance. <br />pronouns: he/him <br />i <br />
