In no way should we <br />criminalize our citizens for being unhoused, and we should DEFINITELY not criminalize those who are making efforts to <br />help them and provide them with the services that they may need <br />If anything, I would ask the Council to find ways to help these citizens. That could be through a number of resources <br />such as mental health, housing, supplies, etc. All humans deserve to have basic rights & this Ordinance works to take <br />those away. <br />Thank you for your consideration, <br />Brandon Day <br />Everett, WA <br />1 <br />
