In order for the Planning Department to approve the
permi please submit the following:
On the floor plans, it is not clear to me which portions of the house is the adult family home and which is the jf
single-family residence. Please clarify on the plans. IJ}c'( %, Ti fA-AI Cgrrf-Claareol Vipf el"; . n
The dimensions on the site plan do not add up to the 130 lot depth (38 + 30 -6 + 40 -6" + 20,6» = 129 ). Please ,Pw
revise accordingly. Also, please clarify how you determined 130-feet as the lot depth. The original subdivision
map indicated the lot depth was originally 120-feet and the legal description described the property as lots 4 .
` and 5 plus "VAC E 20FT of ROCKEFELLER AVE".
U" Please show the eaves on the site plan and call out the depth. Eaves may encroach up to 18 inches into required
/setback areas. Utv4S c"Y- l g"
\/ A survey is required because the addition is proposed right at the 5-foot side setback lines. This is to ensure that
the additional is not constructed in the required setback areas. This will be a condition noted on the approved
site plan and permit. P(tcGvm- "E'VOe✓ AwkC
Please provide a breakdown of the lot coverage calculations because when I do the calculations, I am getting a
total of approximately 2,670 square feet, which is over the 2,600sf allowance. Lot coverage is the footprint of all
vered structures on site measured to the exterior walls (not the eaves). In the breakdown, please include the
square footage of the existing house, new addition, front porch, and laundry room in the back.. rrpVcl( irs 2 qlbjf
ti On the elevations, please show the average base elevation in the area of the attached laundry room, so I can
verify the attached accessory building does not exceed 15-feet in height. The 15-foot dimension called out
measures to be 17-feet. Please revise accordingly.
Note: a height survey may be required if the proposed height is within 1-foot of the 15' accessory building
height limit.
Please note that these requirements are only in relation to the land use code and do not account for all possible
requirements from other departments.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
- Alexandria Byrd
Assistant Planner I Community, Planning & Economic Development
425.257.7281 13200 Cedar Street 2nd FI., Everett, WA 98201
EVERETT everettwa.gov I Facebook I Twitter
