The need of the neighborhood, district, or City for a proposed special properiy use. <br /> Findinq: The proposed communication faulity would allow the applicant to provide improved wireless <br /> communications services lo its cuslomers in ihe City of Everett. Rntennas will be upgraded on an <br /> exisling GO-Foot tall utllity pole that was originaily approved (or cellular antennas wider SPU iJ02-022. <br /> Re-use of ihe exisiing sde eliminates tL•e need to consfrucl a new fower sf«u,lure, thus servmy ihe <br /> public desire to minimize unnecessary proliferalion of such structures. <br /> 2. The adequacy of streets, utilities and public services required to serve a proposed use. <br /> Finding: All necessary utililies are located at ihe pieject site. No road improvements are necessary; <br /> the site is accessed at alley east of Colby Ave and soulh oi 23`' Sireet <br /> 3. The impact of traffic generated by the proposed use on lhe surrounding area, pedestrian <br /> circulation and pubiic safety; and the ability of the proponent to mitigate sucli potential im��acts. <br /> Finding: The facility is unmanned wdh the only proposed iraffic generation coming from routine <br /> maintenance, which will serve ihe site via existing infrastructure.
