1 <br /> Revised 2021-01-19— <br /> Addendum No. 1 <br /> Physical Completion: Physical Completion Date is the day all of the Work is physically completed on <br /> the Project. All documentation required by the Contract and required by law does not necessarily need to <br /> be furnished by the Contractor by this date. <br /> Progress Schedule: A schedule prepared and maintained by Contractor,describing the sequence and <br /> duration of the activities comprising the Contractor's plan to accomplish the Work within the Contract 1 <br /> Time. <br /> Project: The undertaking to be performed under the provisions of the Contract. <br /> Punch List: List of incomplete items of Work and of items of Work that are not in conformance with the <br /> Contract Documents,prepared after Substantial Completion. <br /> RCW: Means the Revised Code of Washington. <br /> Samples: Physical examples of materials,Equipment,or workmanship that are representative of some <br /> portion of the Work and which establish the standards by which such portion of the Work will be judged. <br /> Schedule of Values: Allocation of Contract Sum to items of Work as provided in 9.1.1. Schedule of I <br /> Values. <br /> Shall: Required conduct. <br /> Shop Drawings: All drawings,diagrams, illustrations,schedules,and other data or information, which <br /> are specifically prepared or assembled by or for Contractor and submitted by Contractor,to illustrate <br /> some portion of the Work. <br /> Shown: Refers to information presented on the Drawings,with or without reference to the Drawings. <br /> Site: Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by Owner upon which the <br /> Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for access thereto,and such other lands <br /> furnished by Owner that are designated for the use of Contractor. <br /> Specifications: That part of the Contract Documents consisting of written descriptions of the technical <br /> features of materials, Equipment, construction systems, standards, and workmanship. I <br /> Specify: Refers to information described, shown,noted or presented in any manner in any part of the <br /> Contract Documents. <br /> Subcontractor: An individual or entity having a direct contract with Contractor or with any other 1 <br /> Subcontractor for the performance of a part of the Work. <br /> Submittals: The information required by the Contract Documents provided by Contractor to the <br /> Owner's Representative or Owner. <br /> Substantial Completion: The day on which the Owner or Owner's Representative determines the <br /> Owner has full and unrestricted use and benefit of the Project, from both the operational and safety <br /> standpoints and only minor incidental Work,replacement of temporary substitute facilities,or minor <br /> correction or repair Work remains. Determination of Substantial Completion in whole or in part is solely <br /> at the discretion of the Owner. Substantial Completion does not mean complete in accordance with the <br /> Contract nor shall Substantial Completion of all or any part of the Project entitle the Contractor to Final <br /> Acceptance under the Contract. <br /> Supplier: A manufacturer,fabricator, supplier, distributor,materialman,or vendor having a direct <br /> contract with Contractor or with any Subcontractor to furnish materials or Equipment to be incorporated <br /> in the Work. <br /> Total Float: The amount of time any given activity or path of activities may be delayed before it will <br /> affect the Completion Date. <br /> Traffic: Both vehicular and non-vehicular traffic,such as pedestrians,bicyclists,wheelchairs, and <br /> equestrian traffic.
