The Port will be responsible for maintaining the Planters while in the Port's possession <br /> and on the Port's property.This responsibility to maintain the Planters will terminate <br /> upon the City retaking possession of the Planters. <br /> 7. The City shall notify the Port in writing a minimum of four(4) months prior to desired <br /> Planter return date and agrees that the annual window for returning Planters is limited <br /> to occur between October and March. <br /> 8. The City will grant the Port access to the Planters upon the execution of this Letter.The <br /> City and the Port shall both make all reasonable efforts in providing and scheduling the <br /> Port access to the Planters upon the execution of this Letter. <br /> 9. The City shall make a minimum of seventeen (17)32-inch diameter terra cotta planters <br /> and ten(10)36-inch diameter terra cotta planters available to the Port upon the <br /> execution of this Letter. <br /> 10.
