• Finished Water Pump Station Evaluation TM, draft and final. <br /> Task 111d.Additional Facility Plan Technical Support(combination of completed and future work) <br /> Activities/Approach:At the City's request,the following technical support is provided in addition to <br /> the core facility plan tasks. <br /> • Additional Solids Dewatering Recommendations(completed) <br /> o Developed recommendations for improved geo bag performance and backwash <br /> water pond operation for optimization of solids thickening. Recommendations were <br /> provided as Attachment A in solids dewatering technical memo. <br /> • Sample Water Pump Analysis(completed -future support included in Task 1121 <br /> o Attend calls with City staff to discuss sample water pump operational issues. <br /> o Review sample water pump record drawings, photos, and field collected operational <br /> data related to sample pump operation and performance. Review to focus on sample <br /> water pumps 11, 12/18, 16, and 17 located in the backwash water pump room. <br /> o Based on record drawings and operational data, develop a decision tree for in-house <br /> sample pump troubleshooting and evaluation. Recommendations to focus on <br /> addressing the noisy sample pump operation and high vibration. <br /> o Provide additional technical support as requested by City staff. <br /> • Hydraulic Profile Assessment Datum Correction (completed) <br /> o Update Visual Hydraulics model based on the correction from the local plant datum <br /> to NAVD88. <br /> o Using the updated model, re-run the hydraulic analysis and update the technical <br /> memo results, recommendations, and hydraulic profile figures. <br /> • Revise Task 104 Regulatory and Water Quality Figures(completed) <br /> o Complete City-directed revisions to appendix figures for the Task 104 Regulatory and <br /> Water Quality Assessment TM. <br /> Task 112 -As-Requested Technical Services(future work) <br /> Objective: Provide on-call technical support related to water filtration plant 0&M and capital <br /> improvement planning needs. <br /> Activities/Approach:To be determined, based on City requests. No work will be completed under this <br /> task without written direction from the City. <br /> A budget allowance of$50,000 is included for this task. <br /> Everett Responsibilities <br /> • Provide direction and authorization for requested additional work. <br /> Work Products <br /> • To be determined. <br /> Task 113 Hypochlorite Dosing System Evaluation and Alternatives(future work) <br /> Activities/Approach: Evaluate hypochlorite dosing system and develop alternatives for replacement <br /> of the existing venturi eductors with new eductors or chemical metering pumps. <br /> Page 5 of 8 <br />
