307. Project Start -Up <br />Consultant will assist the City in the start-up and testing for the new reservoir facilities. Consultant <br />will assist the City in coordinating with the contractor, City operations staff, the City's SCADA <br />system integrator, the City's project representative, and the contractor's technical representatives <br />for specialty equipment, all as required for proper operation of all facilities in full accordance with <br />design plans. With City's concurrence and successful project completion, conduct various activities <br />to effectively close-out the project. The City's SCADA system integrator will be responsible for all <br />start-up activities related to that system. <br />Provided by the City <br />. Attendance by appropriate City staff for start-up activities <br />Assumptions <br />• <br />City's SCADA system integrator will oversee and be responsible for the start-up activities <br />related to the SCADA system. <br />For budgeting purposes, it is assumed that up to two Consultant team members will attend <br />start-up and testing in support of the City's inspector for up to three days, based on an <br />average of eight hours per day that includes time on -site and travel time. <br />Consultant Deliverables <br />■ Daily reports for each day on -site for start-up and testing <br />308. Operation and Maintenance Manuals <br />Consultant will assist the City with the review of operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals <br />prepared by the contractor. Consultant will also prepare a formal narrative of the overall facility's <br />operations and provide documentation of the basis of design and its parameters. The document <br />will also define the operating conditions and general maintenance items associated with the <br />facility.
