• Complete up to 8 site visits/reports to evaluate foundation subgrade and to confirm exposed soil conditions are as assumed during design. Provide design consultation and foundation preparation recommendations based on the actual conditions encountered, including over excavation of unsuitable soils and placement of foundation materials, as appropriate. Observe activities during demolition of the existing Reservoir 2 concrete liner and provide recommendations regarding suitability of demolition for long-term drainage and site use. 310.2 Structural Engineering Peterson Structural Engineers (Peterson) to provide structural engineering services consisting of the following: Attend a pre pour meeting ■ Perform up to 7 structural observation site visits/reports for each reservoir ■ Perform up to 4 structural observation site visits/reports for the storage building • Up to 80 hours for review and response to construction submittals. ■ UP to 70 hours for review and response to construction RFIs. ■ Prepare structural record drawings 310.3 Electrical Engineering R&W Engineering (R&W) will provide electrical engineering services consisting of the following: Attend a virtual pre -construction conference, up to 1 on -site meeting, and up to 1 site visit to review construction progress and answer contractor questions. Review of 1 set of original electrical submittals and up to 1 set of resubmittals. ® Review electrical portions of other equipment ® Review up to 5 RFls and up to 2 change orders ■ Attend final walk-through and prepare electrical punch list ■ Review electrical portions of O&M manual submittals .
