The specific large UAS platform that we anticipate purchasing is the DJI Matrice 300 <br />RTK (M300) which has a flight time (with payload) of approximately 36 minutes (Figure C). This <br />model has a specification for water resistance which will allow the drone to fly in the rain. The <br />standard sensor/payload package to be utilized with this drone includes wide-angle and zoom <br />cameras, thermal (heat -sensing) camera, laser range finder, and a spotlight. Additionally, this <br />drone can be equipped with a payload delivery system that can drop a personal flotation device <br />to a person in the water. <br />pits <br />• <br />Figure C. While its flight time is shorter and it's not as weatherproof as the larger drone, the Mavic <br />2 Dual includes both visual and thermal camera systems that provide some system redundancy <br />for when an agency's larger platform is out of service or on another incident. Additionally, this <br />small drone will facilitate training opportunities and may meet mission parameters that call for <br />a smaller drone. <br />Course fees for training two drone operators for each department (four total) is included in this <br />request. The specific training course that will be used is the sUAS Operators Course from the <br />
