Identify logical connections, dependency upon preceding or succeeding activities, <br /> restraints or constraints, planned start and completion dates, duration, actual start <br /> and completion dates, and variances. <br /> 7. Activity durations shall not exceed twenty (20) days. The activities shall be related <br /> to early and late start, early and late finish, and Float dates. <br /> ' Activities listed in the Preliminary Schedule shall be included in all subsequent schedules. <br /> No activity in the Preliminary Schedule shall be deleted without prior written consent of the <br /> Representative and City. <br /> Contractor shall notify City's Representative and City in writing and highlight the addition of <br /> all activities to the schedule after the Preliminary Schedule. <br /> The Baseline Schedule shall be part of the Contract. <br /> Each activity shall be identified with a number that incorporates the Specification section <br /> number. <br /> Activities shall be consistent and identified with the Schedule of Values (if applicable)or unit <br /> ' prices of the bid schedule. All elements and items in the Schedule of Values or unit prices <br /> in the bid schedule shall appear in the Progress Schedules. <br /> Contractor shall provide sub-schedules for each stage/phase of Work as required by City, <br /> City's Representative, or Subcontractor. <br /> Contractor shall provide sub-schedules to define major portions of the entire schedule. <br /> Include long-lead-time items for Equipment and material that requires long fabrication time. <br /> ' Order these well in advance of required delivery time to sequence with overall construction <br /> schedule. <br /> Each schedule shall show accumulated percentage of completion of each activity, and total <br /> percentage of Work completed, as of the date of payment application. <br /> Contractor shall include in each schedule as activities the submission, review, and correction <br /> of Submittals, Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples. The schedule should show: <br /> 1. The dates for Contractor's Submittals. <br /> 2. A minimum of 14 calendar days duration for City or City's Representative's review. <br /> 3. Indicate decision data for selection of finishes. <br /> 4. Show Submittal preparation, submission, review, and breakdown at a minimum. <br /> Show individual parts of major Submittals. <br /> Contractor shall identify any and all Work furnished by City and installed by City on the <br /> construction schedule. <br /> 1-08.3(4) Measurement <br /> ' Delete 1-08.3(4). <br /> 1-08.3(5) Payment <br /> Delete 1-08.3(5) and substitute the following: <br /> Costs incurred in performance of this Work shall be included in the contract bid items and no <br /> direct compensation shall be paid. <br /> 1-08.4 Prosecution of Work <br /> Delete 1-08.4 and substitute the following: <br /> 1-08.4 Notice to Proceed and Prosecution of Work <br /> (******) <br /> ' The City will issue a Notice to Proceed after the Contract has been executed and the Contract Bond <br /> and evidence of insurance have been approved and filed by the City.
