The project involves Level 2 Alterations to the building per IEBC Chapter 8. Accessibility <br />improvements per IEBC Section 705.2 should be included in the project. Where the building is made <br />to be less than fully -accessible per one of the exceptions, documentation substantiating the limited <br />accessibility improvements should be submitted for review. Where Exception 1 is used, the <br />documentation should itemize the improvements and estimated cost of work associated with each <br />item. See IEBC Section 806.1. <br />The existing path to this primary function project area, including this area is fully accessible. <br />As stated in my response to Review Comment #5, the supporting accessible facilities to this <br />primary function area are identified on Sheet G1.1 and Sheet G1.2. <br />6.
