0 <br />4. The Door Schedule is provided on Sheet A9.0. See IBC Section 107.2.1. The following comments <br />should be addressed: <br />a. The door for Room 102 should be specified. <br />See revised Door Schedule on Sheet A9.0. <br />b. Mark "? A" should be revised. Note that if this door is intended for Toilet Room 109, the door <br />should be removed if this room is NIC. <br />See revised Door Schedule on Sheet A9.0. <br />Accessibility: <br />5. The project involves Level 2 Alterations to the building per IEBC Chapter 8. Accessibility <br />improvements per IEBC Section 705.2 should be included in the project. Where the building is made <br />to be less than fully -accessible per one of the exceptions, documentation substantiating the limited <br />accessibility improvements should be submitted for review. Where Exception 1 is used, the <br />documentation should itemize the improvements and estimated cost of work associated with each <br />item. See IEBC Section 806.1. <br />The existing path to this primary function project area, including this area is fully accessible. <br />As stated in my response to Review Comment #5, the supporting accessible facilities to this <br />primary function area are identified on Sheet G1.1 and Sheet G1.2. <br />6. Elevations for the accessible Toilet Room 109 are provided on Sheet A7.0. See IBC Section 1102.1 <br />and references below to ICC A117.1-09 unless noted otherwise. The following comments should be <br />addressed. <br />a. Show 60-inch turning clearance per Sections 603.2.1 and 304.2. <br />See revised Enlarged Floor Plan Detail #5 on Sheet A7.0. <br />b. Provide dimensions for the grab bars per Sections 604.5.1 and 604.5.2, and Figures 604.5.1 and <br />604.5.2. <br />See revised Interior Elevation Details #3, #4, and #5 on Sheet A7.0. <br />c.
