Please review and respond to the comments below. <br />6. This comment has not been adequately addressed. The permit <br />response discusses that repairs took place and some of these are cosmetic. It is <br />still unclear in the response if a new shearwall is to be installed as the revised <br />plans do not make references to the previously submitted permit calculations <br />or details. If so, please add construction details and references to the shearwall <br />construction. Also, please note that redesign of a front entryway needs to <br />indicate what was changed from the existing condition to the proposed <br />condition. Currently, the resubmitted elevations do not indicate what is to be <br />installed as part of the redesign. Please clarify. IRC R106.1.1. <br />8. This comment has not been adequately addressed. The permit <br />response indicates that framing and insulation was added along the inside of <br />the existing concrete basement walls, but has not been shown on the <br />resubmitted plans that it is to be installed. Please indicate via section cuts and <br />3 details where it is to occur and that the construction demonstrates code <br />compliance. New work on the plans is to be documented with clarity and that <br />inspectors are able to inspect this work prior to covering the work with finish <br />work. IRC R106.1.1, WSEC R503.1.1. <br />12. This comment has not been adequately addressed. Permit responses <br />indicate a plan to add guardrails, but has not been shown on the plans. Please <br />PERMIT SERVICES <br />show the proposed construction on the plans and details such that it can clearly <br />be constructed and inspected by the contractor and building inspector, <br />3200 Cedar Street <br />respectively.
