GEOTECHNICAL REPORT <br />PROPOSED APARTMENTS <br />1020 NORTH BROADWAY, EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br />1.0 GENERAL <br />As requested, PanGEO is pleased to present this geotechnical report for the proposed <br />apartments in Everett Washington. This study was performed in general accordance with <br />our mutually agreed scope of services outlined in our proposal dated January 17, 2017. <br />Our scope of services included reviewing readily available geologic and geotechnical <br />data, drilling three borings, conducting a site reconnaissance, and evaluating the <br />feasibility of developing the site as planned. <br />2.0 SITE AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The subject site comprises two separate tax parcels located at 1020 North Broadway in <br />Everett, Washington, approximately as shown on Figure 1, Vicinity Map. The site <br />comprises a total area of 22,651 square feet. The layout of the site is shown on Figure 2, <br />Site and Exploration Plan. The triangular -shaped property is currently bordered to the <br />north by a Starbucks coffee shop, to the east by North Broadway (Highway 99), to <br />west/south by Broadway Avenue. <br />Plate 1: View of <br />site.
