If you have any questions regarding the <br />comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's Public Works Reviewer, <br />Sabrina Fandler, at SFandler@everettwa.Rov (or 425-257-7813), orthe other reviewers listed depending <br />on the scope of the question. Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for <br />the Public Works (civil) plans only. The applicant team may receive a separate comment letter from the <br />Building Reviewer and/or the Planning Reviewer for architectural, landscape, or other types of drawings. <br />1. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal once all <br />reque ed revisions have been made_ <br />ransmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Counter (and included herein for your use upon <br />resubmittal). <br />Plans: (2) full size sets of revised civil plans, plus original City Markups. <br />®vrainage Report: (2) copies of revised report. <br />Easement Form: (1) copy of easement form for pedestrian easement with legal description and <br />exhibit attached for review. Signing of this form must be notarized and can take place at the <br />permit counter if needed, typically done at the time of permit issuance for convenience to the <br />owner. <br />v The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:00pm and from 1:00pm-4:00pm <br />1301, (closed between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch). <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
