PROJECT <br />1.1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT VICINITY <br />The project is for design and construction of a 140 unit micro -apartment building with internal courtyard including <br />streetscape redevelopment. The 0.52-acre site has an existing restaurant building and associated asphalt pavement and <br />concrete curbing. The project site grades down 5 to 12% to the East / Northeast. There is a short retaining wall along the <br />southern portion of the west property boundary. The natural discharge location is the storm drain pipe located in N <br />Broadway Ave (Hwy 99).
