To the west of the project is Broadway Ave and across the street is Everett Community College which includes academic <br />buildings, parking areas and student housing. To the north is a Starbucks and loth Street and across the street is a multi- <br />family residential building. To the east of the project is N Broadway Ave (Hwy 99) and across the highway is additional <br />community college parking and a medical building. To the south of the project N Broadway Ave (Hwy 99). The parcel map <br />from Snohomish County SnoScape is provided below in Figure 2-1. <br />Figure 2-1. Parcel Map. <br />The project includes the demolition of the existing restaurant building. Utilities for the building will be connected to public <br />utilities for water, power, gas and telecom. The stormwater drainage will follow the natural path, which is to enter the <br />storm drain located on N Broadway Ave (Hwy 99).
