OFFSITE
The stormwater system will be run to a new storm drain in loth Street. Stormwater on Broadway runs along the east and
west curbs to the catch basins located to the north near loth Street. N Broadway Ave (Hwy 99) grades away from the site
and has catch basins on the downslope side of the street.
The project will minimize land disturbance, has confined the construction area, replaces impervious surfaces with
vegetation where able, and minimizes hard surface per the zoning code regulations.
4.1 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROJECT
The project will add more than 10,000 SF and therefore minimum requirements #149 are required to be addressed. The
project will add or replace 30,664 SF of effective impervious area.
The Minimum Requirements per the City of Everett 2010 Stormwater Management Manual (Everett Manual, 2010) for the
project include the following:
o 5-1. Stormwater Site Plan Preparation
o 5-2. Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention
o 5-3. Source Control of Pollution
0 5-4. Preservation of Natural Drainage Systems and Outfalls
0 5-5. Onsite Stormwater Management
0 5-6. Runoff Treatment
0 5-7. Flow Control
0 5-8. Wetlands Protection
0 5-9. Operation and Maintenance
5.1 MINIMUM REQUIREMENT #1: PREPARATION OF STORMWATER SITE PLAN
The preparation of a Stormwater site plan is provided in the attached drawings in Appendix A.
® The report satisfies this requirement.
5.2 MINIMUM REQUIREMENT #2: CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION
The City of Everett requested that we complete a checklist of 13 requirements for Single family Residential / Duplex /
Small Projects which are described in Volume II Chapter 2 of Ecology's Stormwater Management Manual for Western
Washington. These requirements were addressed on our TESC plan provided along with our completed checklist in
Appendix C. The sediment trap was sized based on a 2-year storm event. The table below shows that the sediment trap
should be 33-FT x 11-FT in area.
6
3/07/2018
Rev. 10115119
