The report shall be based upon recent information that is provided and collected on <br />conditions existing within thirty (30) days of the report submittal. Along with each report, <br />the Grantor shall submit copies of any primary data on which it relies for the data reported <br />above, and such other information that the City of Everett may reasonably request for the <br />purposes of monitoring compliance with the covenants herein. <br />
