GEOTECHNICAL REPORT <br /> PROPOSED APARTMENTS <br /> 1020 NORTH BROADWAY,EVERETT,WASHINGTON <br /> 1.0 GENERAL <br /> As requested, PanGEO is pleased to present this geotechnical report for the proposed <br /> apartments in Everett Washington. This study was performed in general accordance with <br /> our mutually agreed scope of services outlined in our proposal dated January 17, 2017. <br /> Our scope of services included reviewing readily available geologic and geotechnical <br /> data, drilling three borings, conducting a site reconnaissance, and evaluating the <br /> feasibility of developing the site as planned. <br /> 2.0 SITE AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject site comprises two separate tax parcels located at 1020 North Broadway in <br /> Everett, Washington, approximately as shown on Figure 1, Vicinity Map. The site <br /> comprises a total area of 22,651 square feet. The layout of the site is shown on Figure 2, <br /> Site and Exploration Plan. The triangular-shaped property is currently bordered to the <br /> north by a Starbucks coffee shop, to the east by North Broadway (Highway 99), to <br /> west/south by Broadway Avenue. <br /> Plate 1: View of <br /> �' � �n._----�-•---- � site.
