Timi Anigilaje January 31, 2019 <br /> Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan Narrative <br /> A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) has been prepared as part of the construction <br /> Stormwater permit requirements. The site is 0.13 acres in size and is located at 2307 Columbia <br /> Ave, Everett, WA 98203-5352, with tax parcel number 00545001602300. A single family home <br /> and driving access are proposed to be constructed. The limits of disturbance will be 5,000+SF <br /> with less than 5,000 sf of impervious surface triggering minimum requirements#1-5. Limited <br /> grading will occur on-site. <br /> The purpose of the SWPPP is to describe all temporary and permanent erosion and sediment <br /> control (TESC) measures, pollution prevention measures, inspection/monitoring activities, and <br /> recordkeeping that will be implemented during the proposed project.This narrative is to be <br /> considered a "living document."This project's Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Specialist <br /> is to amend this document as needed during construction.Applications of these elements are <br /> shown on the TESC Plan Sheet.The specific elements included in the SWPPP are: <br /> Element#1: Mark Clearing Limits <br /> Prior to the beginning of land disturbing activities,the clearing limits are defined on the TESC <br /> plan.Applicable BMP's for this project are: <br /> • BMP C103: High Visibility Fence <br /> Element#2—Establish Construction Access <br /> A temporary construction entrance is proposed and shown on the TESC plan to provide access <br /> to the site from Columbia Ave. <br /> • BMP C105: Stabilized Construction Entrance/Exit <br /> Element#3—Control Flow Rates <br /> Applicable BMP's are shown on the TESC Plan and include: <br /> • BMP C235: Straw Wattles <br /> Element#4—Install Sediment Controls <br /> Specific controls include: <br /> • Temporary or Permanent Seeding (BMP C120) <br /> • BMP C233: Silt Fence <br />
