3.1.6 Preparation of Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP),Vol 1,
Section 3.1.6
A construction stormwater pollution prevention plan has been included in this report with
elements shown on the TESC plan.
3.1.7 Completion of Stormwater Site Plan, Vol. 1, Section 3.1.7
A stojiuwater site plan has been prepared showing the locations of all proposed drainage
elements.
2.5.2 Minimum Requirement#2: Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention (SWPP)
The construction stormwater pollution prevention plan has been included in this report. Relevant
elements include temporary construction entrance, silt fence, and straw wattles.
2.5.3 Minimum Requirement#3: Source Control of Pollution
Source control BMP's will be implemented as necessary during the construction and operation
phases of this project.
2.5.4 Minimum Requirement#4: Preservation of Natural Drainage Systems and Outfalls
The site's topography indicates that natural drainage occurs as surface runoff flowing off
downslopes from the property lines as the actual site is flat. However, the natural drainage
conditions will be changed by the proposed development as impervious surface will cover most
of the site creating more runoff that will not be naturally infiltrating into the soil.
2.5.5 Minimum Requirement#5: On Site Stormwater Management
BMP T5.10C Perforated Pipe Stub-out connection has been selected for stormwater management
as the only feasible option for managing flows. The existing stormwater utility is a combined
network accounting for stormwater and sewer. Runoff from impervious surface on the site will
be conveyed to the said stub-out connection by a conveyance system made up of a trench drain
at the lowest point of the proposed driveway, sloped PVC conveyance pipe and yard basins that
gravity flow stormwater runoff to the point of connection on Columbia Ave to the combined
stoiuiwater/sewer utility main.
