I had a phone call discussion with Brian <br /> recently and he is working on refinement of the plans and report. I have attached a mark-up for some of the plan sheets <br /> submitted, if you and Brian could address the issues shown on the plan sheets that would be great. I have also attached <br /> an email from our Industrial Pretreatment Department(sewer). His area of concern for this project is mainly the grease <br /> interceptor. Please consider any plan revisions that Charles has indicated. <br /> Grace Pollard is our Planning Department Reviewer on this project. Please reach out to her for landscaping and Land-use <br /> issues. I do not know if she has completed her review. <br /> The Building Department and Fire department have approved the building plans. <br /> Friday of this week will be my lasts day with the City. Please include our Paul McKee in future correspondence as he will <br /> likely take over coordination of the project.
