The review comments are numbered on the letter and have been addressed in italics as follows: • Drainage Report o MR#1: Stormwater Site Plan Preparation o The City's previous review comments were not fully addressed. • Provide totals of new pollution generating hard surfaces,replaced pollution-generating hard surfaces, effective impervious surfaces, and converted vegetated areas. • Provide these totals in a table,with a breakdown between right-of-way (ROW) and parcel-based areas and breakdown by TDA area. • Also show these totals graphically in an exhibit, allowing for review and cross-check of these totals. The areas listed above have been broken down as requested and listed in a set of tables and maps provided in the drainage report and sheet 3.2 paving plan. Please refer to the end of section 3 of the drainage report for the areas (pages 16- 18 with the maps following those pages). o Page 1 states that the List#2 approach was used to satisfy Minimum Requirement #5, but page 9 states the LID Performance Standard approach was used.
