The review comments are numbered on the letter and have been addressed in italics as <br /> follows: <br /> • Drainage Report <br /> o MR#1: Stormwater Site Plan Preparation <br /> o The City's previous review comments were not fully addressed. <br /> • Provide totals of new pollution generating hard surfaces,replaced <br /> pollution-generating hard surfaces, effective impervious surfaces, and <br /> converted vegetated areas. <br /> • Provide these totals in a table,with a breakdown between <br /> right-of-way (ROW) and parcel-based areas and breakdown by <br /> TDA area. <br /> • Also show these totals graphically in an exhibit, allowing for <br /> review and cross-check of these totals. <br /> The areas listed above have been broken down as requested and listed in a set of <br /> tables and maps provided in the drainage report and sheet 3.2 paving plan. <br /> Please refer to the end of section 3 of the drainage report for the areas (pages 16- <br /> 18 with the maps following those pages). <br /> o Page 1 states that the List#2 approach was used to satisfy Minimum Requirement <br /> #5, but page 9 states the LID Performance Standard approach was used.
