The new BMPs proposed have been documented with design criteria cited. Downspout full infiltration is no longer proposed. See new drainage report. o MR#3: Source Control of Pollution • The City's previous comment was not addressed. Review source control BMPs in the SWMMWW applicable to commercial sites and fast food restaurants and update the documentation to describe the operation and structural source control BMPs to be applied. Source control BMPs have been included in the new report to describe operation of the BMPs. See new drainage report. o MR#4: Preservation of Natural Drainage Systems and Outfalls • The City's previous comment was not addressed. • The Grading and Drainage Plan(Sheet 3) indicates that the proposed grading and bioretention underdrainage would modify the boundaries for Basin A and Basin B. Basin A would receive more runoff in the proposed condition as compared to the existing condition, and Basin B would receive less. See revised drainage report, basin maps are provided in a map set placed after page 18. • Document this proposed change in basin areas and the impacts of that proposed change in this section.
