MR#6 RUNOFF TREATMENT: <br /> Basin A is exempt from water quality as the proposed new and replaced PGHS is 4,902 SF <br /> which is less than the 5,000 SF threshold to trigger water quality. Basin B is also exempt <br /> from water quality as the proposed new and replaced PGHS is only 596 SF. Please refer to <br /> Section 3 for PGHS calculations. <br /> MR#7 FLOW CONTROL: <br /> Basin "A" is exempt from flow control as the new and replaced effective impervious <br /> surface is 4,643 SF which is below the 5,000 SF threshold; also, there will be less than a <br /> 0.15 CFS increase in offsite runoff. Please refer to Section 8D for hydraulic calculations. <br /> Basin B is also exempt as the total new and replaced effective impervious is 3,280 SF and <br /> the developed runoff increase is less than 0.15 CF. Please refer to Section 8D for hydraulic <br /> calculations. <br /> MR#8 WETLANDS PROTECTION: <br /> The site discharges to a conveyance system that discharges into North Creek. The creek is <br /> in a wetland area, A little less than a half mile downstream of the site.
