SECTION II: SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> Based on the site reconnaissance and the available topography we have the following info: <br /> • Topography: The site is relatively flat with the northwestern portion of the site sloping <br /> to the northwest and the southeastern portion of the property sloping to the south. Refer <br /> to the grading plan for more details. <br /> • Drainage: The site runoff drains to the existing drainage systems. <br /> • Soils: Per NRCS survey of Snohomish County, the project site contains Alderwood - <br /> Urban land complex, 2 to 8 percent slopes. Refer to the attached soil map later in this <br /> report. <br /> • Ground Cover: The site is almost entirely impervious with a small planter along the <br /> eastern side of the property. <br /> • Critical areas: There are no critical areas located within the site. <br /> • The property access will be from Evergreen Way and Holly Drive. <br /> Insight Engineering Co. -Stormwater Site Plan 12/20/2018 <br /> -9- <br />
