Landscape and irrigation plans must meet the requirements of EMC 19.35.100 and 19.35.115 and are required <br /> to be prepared by a professional licensed or certified in Washington State. No irrigation information has been <br /> provided and the landscaping plan is unclear as to who prepared it. Please revise. <br /> 2. The plan is not clear(on the south side in particular) as to where the proposed lawn ends and the exposed <br /> aggregate of the courtyard begins. Please revise. <br /> 3. While the planting beds have noted 8x10 dimensions,the planting beds are not shown to scale. <br /> These comments are only in relation to the zoning code and do not account for all possible comments/correction from <br /> other departments. Upon submission of the revised plans your application will be given priority and plan review will <br /> resume.
