The planting beds should be a larger and more prominent feature of the landscaped courtyard common open <br /> space—clearly show the planting bed dimensions and pedestrian path locations on the plan.See <br /> EMC19.33G.060 for open space requirements and Figure 25 for a "landscape courtyard" example. <br /> General note: New buildings proposed within 1 foot of a required setback require a survey.
