For architectural's <br />final item, we propose to put this on the exterior elevation's sheet (A3.0): <br />"Contractor to 'verify, at entire building perimeter, siding is minimum 2" above impervious (where <br />applicable), and 6" above earth w/ 8" to framing. If not, wood materials shall be naturally -durable or <br />preservative -treated wood. (Per IBC 2304.12)" <br />Please advise on how you would like us to proceed.
