Frequently, redlines will be stand-alone and will not have an associated item in this corrections <br />letter. Likewise, comments below may not have associated redlines. Please indicate to the City that all <br />redlines have been adequately addressed by providing checkmarks or notes next to the City's redlines to <br />indicate that it has been picked up or to answer a reviewer's question. A comment response letter can <br />also be included with your resubmittal to address the comments below (handwritten remarks under each <br />comment on is letter are perfectly acceptable). A Construction Stormwater General Permit, administered by the Department of Ecology, <br />will be required for this project since it will disturb an acre or more of land. Additional <br />information as well as an application form can be found on the DOE website at: <br />www.ecy.wa.gov/programs/wq/stormwater/construction/. The C-SWPPP prepared for <br />the site has been turned in to the City, however please turn in a copy of the DOE <br />coverage letter prior to permit issuance. It will be the owner/contractor's responsibility <br />for obtaining and maintaining DOE coverage throughout the duration of construction. <br />Teresa Weldon with the City of Everett Planning Department (425-257-7281 or <br />TWeldon@everettwa.gov) will be providing a separate comment letter if additional corrections <br />are needed regarding Planning/Landscaping/Zoning Code. Note that any comments Teresa <br />makes will apply to both the building set and civil set of plans.
