The project is currently proposing to proceed with Alternative 3 of the RAP to complete the necessary soils remediation. The appropriate details related to that Alternative approach are shown and referenced on the enclosed plans. The remediation of the onsite soils and installation of the proposed shoring system are critical path and initial work items necessary to complete the Riverview Apartments project.
