Yes Project No. Permit No. <br />At the client's request, ESNW Rep was on site to observe remedial excavation stability, collect soil samples and transport <br />them to the OnSite Laboratory for analysis_ <br />Soil Sample Collection 8r Remedial Excavation Stability <br />While on site Rep collected confirmatory soil samples from the west wall, south wall, and bottom of the remedial excavation. <br />After preparing the chain of custody Rep transported the soil samples to the OnSite Laboratory for analysis. Rep observed the <br />remedial excavation was stable in its current configuration and condition. It is recommended that Rep be notified immediately <br />if any changes in the slope conditions are observed. It is the responsibility of the contractor to perform all necessary safety <br />measures in accordance with state and federal regulations.
