Yes Project No. Permit No. --- <br />At the client's request, ESNW Rep was on site to observe remedial excavation stability, collect soil samples and transport <br />them to the OnSite Laboratory for analysis. <br />Soil Sample Collection & Remedial Excavation Stability <br />While on site Rep collected confirmatory soil samples from the east wall of the remedial excavation. After preparing the chain <br />of custody Rep transported the soil samples to the OnSite Laboratory for analysis. Rep observed the remedial excavation was <br />stable in its current configuration and condition. It is recommended that Rep be notified immediately if any changes in the <br />slope conditions are observed. It is the responsibility of the contractor to perform all necessary safety measures in accordance <br />with state and federal regulations.
