Yes Project No. Permit No. <br />At the client's request, ESNW Rep was on site to observe remedial excavation stability and backfill preparation activity. <br />Remedial Excavation Stability & Backfill Preparation <br />While on site Rep observed the contractor began hanging miradrain covering the lower third of the shoring wall per the <br />approved post -excavation design. Rep observed the remedial excavation was stable in its current configuration and condition. <br />It is recommended that Rep be notified immediately if any changes in the slope conditions are observed. It is the responsibility <br />of the contractor to perform all necessary safety measures in accordance with state and federal regulations.
