Ell <br />City of Everett Hold Harmless Agreement <br />File #(s): REVI117-24, SEPA17-019 Associated PreApp # PREAPP17-031 <br />Date: November 20, 2017 <br />August 22, 2018 <br />Tony Lee <br />Building Official <br />City of Everett Public Works <br />3200 Cedar Street <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Dear Mr. Lee: <br />This letter is intended to formally request that Riverview I, LLC be allowed to submit Public <br />Works Permit (PWP) and Building Permit (BP) packages for the Riverview Apartments <br />Project located on. East Marine View Drive, South of 16th Street, prior to approval by the <br />Planning Department of the SEPA/Land Use Application submitted on November 17, 2017. <br />We acknowledge to the City, that Riverview 1, LLC understands the risks associated with <br />submitting the PWP and/or BP prior to approval of the SEPA and Land Use Application, and <br />further understands that submitting for PWP and/or BP does not vest the project or imply <br />that land use approvals will be given. <br />Finally, Riverview I, LLC agrees to hold the City of Everett harmless for the loss of paid <br />application fees, design fees, and other fees that may be incurred if the SEPA/Land Use <br />comments cause the project to be altogether denied, affects the timeframe that creates a <br />feasibility issue related to the project or requires additional design modifications subsequent <br />to submittal of the building permit. <br />Riverview I, LLC; <br />Managing Member, <br />David B.
