As such, <br />additional comments or changes to the comments already provided are not expected to result from the <br />final SEPA determination. <br />PUBL[C WORKS=(SABRINA F/â–ºNalEIL} <br />1. Construction permits, inspections, and final approvals are required for this project from City of Everett <br />Permit Services. <br />Response: Noted <br />2. A Demolition Permit shall be obtained from the Permit Counter prior to any demolition work. All <br />existing water services shall be disconnected at the back side of the meter prior to demolition. For all <br />existing side sewers serving the property, a Utility Permit for side sewer cap -off shall be obtained <br />from the Permit Services Counter prior to demolition the building. Side sewers shall be capped at the <br />property line of the subject property. <br />Response: A demolition permit shall be obtained from the permit counter by the contractor. Disconnection <br />of all existing water services and side sewers shall be per City standards. <br />3. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with the current <br />City of Everett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development shall be <br />submitted to the Public Works Department, showing site grading, paving, parking layout, landscaping, <br />utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion and sedimentation control (TESC), and all <br />required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these <br />drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, <br />approved, and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued/final approval is granted. <br />Response: A public works permit application is included with this submittal. Engineering plans in accordance <br />with the current COE Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development are provided <br />with this submittal. <br />4. The construction plans shall be designed from a site survey performed by a licensed State of <br />Washington land surveyor. <br />Response: An existing conditions sheet generated from a site survey performed by a licensed State of <br />Washington land surveyor is included in the engineering plan set. <br />5. Temporary erosion and sedimentation control measures for construction activity must be operational <br />prior to commencement of any clearing or earthwork. An approved permit and SWPPP for this work is <br />required prior to set-up of TESC measures on -site. <br />Response: TESC sheets are provided with the engineering plan set and a SWPPP has been included as a <br />separate document. <br />6. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br />Response: Grading/fill has been designed to not impact the surrounding properties by limiting the grading <br />extents and providing a I' minimum buffer between the grading daylight lines and adjacent properties. <br />7. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction. If reseeding is <br />not practical due to weather or season problems, the ground must be covered with mulch as directed <br />by the City Engineer. <br />Response: All exposed ground shall be seeded or covered per COE standards. <br />8. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression <br />and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />Response: Street cleaning will be provided by the contractor per COE public works standards and at the <br />discretion of the inspector. <br />
