Any broken or damaged sidewalk/ public right-of-way shall be repaired/ replaced in accordance <br />with current City of Everett Standards and per the City Public Works Inspector. <br />Response: Areas of existing sidewalk and curb/gutter along the project frontage that are broken or <br />damaged have been designed to be replaced with this project. <br />26. All roadways must meet City of Everett Standards. <br />Response: A11 on -site roadway/drives have been designed to meet COE standards <br />27. All sidewalks and driveways must be ADA compliant. <br />Response: All sidewalks and curb ramps have been designed to meet ADA standards. <br />28. All traffic control markings and devices on driveways within 50' of the right-of-way shall be MUTCD <br />compliant. <br />Response: All traffic control markings and devices on driveways within 50 feet of the ROW have been <br />designed to be MUTCD compliant. <br />29. A stop sign must be added to each access point. <br />Response: A stop sign has been added to each access point and are called out an sheets C2.01 and C2.02. <br />30. The driveway access at the north end of the property, if utilized in the final design, shall be signed for <br />right -turn in right -turn out only. A do not enter sign shall be installed for westbound traffic along 16tn <br />Street. <br />Response: The driveway access at the north end of the property is for emergency access only and have <br />been designed to be blocked with removable bollards. A "right turn only" sign has been added for vehicles <br />leaving the site and has been called out on sheet C2.02. <br />31. Site access driveways shall comply with City of Everett standards. Driveway widths in excess of 35' <br />shall require engineering analysis for justification to support a wider driveway. <br />Response: Driveways have been installed per COE standards. There are no driveways in excess of 35 feet <br />wide. <br />32.
