Would you please break down the total number of 2+ bedroom units provided into the number of 2+ bedroom units for each building? To clarify the information I provided for school mitigation fees, to be eligible to receive the 2018 school mitigation fee rates, complete building permit submittals needs to be received and accepted by the permit office before the end of the year and the school mitigation fees need to be paid before the end of the year to receive the 2018 rates. Mitigation fees do not vest.
