You can make payment with one check. <br />The school mitigation fees can be paid with the submittal of the building permits. If a complete building submittal is <br />received before the end of the year, 2018 school mitigation fee rates would apply. 2019 school mitigation fee rates <br />would apply for any building permit submittal received in 2019. To calculate the total school mitigation fee due, provide <br />the total number of units for each building that have 2 or more bedrooms.
