Deliverables <br /> ■ Draft Chapter 4—WPCF <br /> ■ Agenda and minutes for WPCF Staff <br /> Assumptions <br /> ■ WPCF Plan, being developed by others at the time of the approval of this scope, will be <br /> complete to facilitate timely completion of this task. <br /> ■ Up to three (3) Murraysmith staff will attend meeting with WPCF which will be two (3) <br /> hours in duration, including travel time.This meeting is assumed to take place in person at <br /> the plant. <br /> Task 9 — Operations and Maintenance (O&M) <br /> Objective <br /> Document current O&M program and provide comparison to similarly sized utilities. <br /> Work Tasks <br /> 9.1 Workshop with O&M Staff <br /> Conduct a workshop with O&M staff to gain understanding of the City's current practices and <br /> programs, to define content and format of the O&M chapter, and to discuss O&M activities for <br /> sewer system. This chapter to update the previous O&M chapter contained in the 2014 <br /> Comprehensive Sewer Plan. <br /> 9.2 Current O&M Program <br /> Review and summarize current O&M program practices as determined from existing O&M <br /> materials and through workshop with O&M staff.
