12.3 Documentation <br /> Prepare and submit draft and final Chapter 8 - Financial Strategy that documents the study <br /> process, the City's multi-year rate ordinance and associated revenue forecast, the revenue <br /> requirement methodology, key assumptions, results, and recommendations. <br /> Receivables <br /> • Electronic copy of complete Rate Study (by others) <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Meeting materials <br /> • Draft and final Chapter 8 - Financial Strategy <br /> Assumptions <br /> • This scope allows for up to three (3) revenue requirement scenarios. <br /> • Completion of the analysis is based on a variety of issues, including the timeliness of receipt <br /> of requested data/information (especially capital planning data); quality of data; ability to <br /> schedule meetings promptly; and the ability of the City and Murraysmith to provide policy <br /> direction for the study to move forward at key study milestones. <br /> • A specific project schedule that meets the City's needs will be developed during the initial <br /> project meeting. <br /> Task 13 — Plan Development and Approval Process <br /> Objective <br /> Develop the 2022 Comprehensive Sewer Plan by compiling the chapters developed in previous <br /> tasks, appendices and developing the Executive Summary.
