13.2 Draft Plan for City Review and SEPA Use <br /> Compile the work products and findings from the previous tasks and consolidate them into a single <br /> draft Plan. The draft Plan is anticipated to include the following chapters. <br /> E. Executive Summary <br /> 1. Basis of Planning <br /> 2. Existing Collection and Conveyance Sewer System <br /> 3. Sewer System Evaluation <br /> 4. Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) <br /> 5. Operations and Maintenance <br /> 6. Water Reclamation and Reuse <br /> 7. Capital Improvement Program <br /> 8. Financial Strategy <br /> 9. Appendices <br /> 13.3 Draft Plan Revisions <br /> Submit the draft Plan to the City. Meet with City to review and receive comments. <br /> Revise plan based on City review comments and submit to Ecology. Submit the draft Plan to <br /> adjacent agencies for concurrent review with Ecology. <br /> 13.4 Ecology Review <br /> Submit two (2) hard copies of the revised draft Plan to Ecology for review. <br /> 13.5 Ecology Comments Revisions <br /> Provide draft written responses to Ecology's review comments and submit to City for review and <br /> input. With City input, finalize written responses and develop a final document that incorporates <br /> comments. <br /> 13.6 Council Review and Presentation <br /> Submit Plan to City Council for review and adoption. <br /> Assist City staff in preparing exhibits for City Council presentation.
