We have <br /> included our scope of work and cost proposal for your use. <br /> Summary: <br /> Murraysmith is working with the City of Everett to evaluate the condition of major station <br /> components in (33) pump station and to provide recommendations on deficiencies as part of their <br /> sewer plan update. <br /> Scope of Work: <br /> Task 6.1 — Pump Station Condition Assessment <br /> • Develop pump station electrical equipment condition assessment forms for major electrical <br /> components with a numeric score in regard to the condition, criticality and serviceability of <br /> the components. Forms are to be submitted to the City for approval prior to site visits for <br /> assessing the pump stations. <br /> • Participate in up to (2) review meetings for review and approval of the proposed <br /> assessment documents. <br /> • Conduct pump station site visits with City staff for condition assessment review. Visually <br /> inspect and document the condition of the major electrical components using the approved <br /> component assessment forms. <br /> • Identify electrical deficiencies and suggest corrective solutions in conjunction with <br /> Murraysmith's assemblance of up to three alternative plans for improvement projects at <br /> the pump stations.
