Mr. Adam Schuyler, PE February 19, 2021 600 University Street, Suite 300 Seattle, WA 98101 Subject: City of Everett Sewer Plan — PS Condition Assessments Dear Mr. Schuyler, Industrial Systems, Inc. is pleased to provide you with the following proposal for electrical design assistance for the electrical assessments for 33 pump stations for the City of Everett. We have included our scope of work and cost proposal for your use. Summary: Murraysmith is working with the City of Everett to evaluate the condition of major station components in (33) pump station and to provide recommendations on deficiencies as part of their sewer plan update. Scope of Work: Task 6.1 — Pump Station Condition Assessment • Develop pump station electrical equipment condition assessment forms for major electrical components with a numeric score in regard to the condition, criticality and serviceability of the components. Forms are to be submitted to the City for approval prior to site visits for assessing the pump stations. • Participate in up to (2) review meetings for review and approval of the proposed assessment documents. • Conduct pump station site visits with City staff for condition assessment review. Visually inspect and document the condition of the major electrical components using the approved component assessment forms. • Identify electrical deficiencies and suggest corrective solutions in conjunction with Murraysmith's assemblance of up to three alternative plans for improvement projects at the pump stations. We assume up to one hour per pump station will be devoted to this effort.
