Assumptions: <br /> • All meetings will be through Zoom, Teams, or equivalent virtual meeting platform. <br /> • ST is able to provide milestone schedule and siting information <br /> • All deliverables will be submitted electronically. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Meeting agenda and meeting summaries <br /> • Technical briefs on key EVLE elements (maximum of four) <br /> • City of Everett milestone schedule for EVLE activities in 2021 and 2022 <br /> • Summary of recommendations for CITY tasks related to EVLE <br /> Task 200 - Professional Services Administration <br /> The objective of this task is to provide necessary administration and management to deliver the scope <br /> of servicesand regularly report on progress of scope, budget, and schedule commitments. The <br /> project manager will perform weekly budget status reviews and provide regular updates to the City <br /> on the status of the project work, budget expenditures, and schedule performance.Any real or <br /> anticipated changes or deviations to the scope, budget, orschedule will be communicated to owner <br /> immediately. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • The task duration is 90 days (three progress reports) <br /> • Any contract change or modification will be performed under this task <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Monthly progress report and invoice <br /> Limitations <br /> Services not included in this scope of services are specifically excluded from the scope of the <br /> CONSULTANT's services. The CONSULTANT assumes no responsibility to perform any services <br /> not specifically listed in this scope of services. If agreed to in writing by the CITY and the <br /> CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT shall provide Optional Services. Optional Services are not <br /> included as part of the Basic Scope of Services and shall be paid for by the Client in addition to <br /> payment for Basic Services, in accordance with the CONSULTANT's prevailing fee schedule as <br /> agreed to by the CITY and the CONSULTANT. At the CITY's request,the CONSULTANT may be <br /> asked to provide environmental support and/or construction management services.
