EVERETT <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> City of Everett Human Needs Grant <br /> January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021 <br /> Exhibit B <br /> Terms, Conditions and Projected Budget <br /> Organization &Program: Snohomish County Legal Services:Civil Legal Assistance <br /> Will spend the funds received for the specific purposes of: <br /> SCLS will provide legal advice and assistance to 300+low-income City of Everett residents,with priority to those <br /> who are disabled,elderly,youth,with limited English skills,or otherwise vulnerable and have legal needs that <br /> impact their ability to meet their basic needs,by assisting them in legal actions involving eviction defense, <br /> consumer debtor-creditor, bankruptcy,or family law issues in an effort help them maintain a safe,stable home <br /> and have adequate income to provide for themselves and their families. <br /> For the purposes of this grant,a unit of service is defined as: <br /> One unit equals one hour of session time per client or one staff or attorney contact with client <br /> Snohomish County Legal Services:Civil Legal Assistance anticipates this grant will fund a total of 650 units of <br /> service for 130(unduplicated count) Everett residents each year(define period—month,quarter,etc.) <br /> Snohomish County Legal Services:Civil Legal Assistance anticipates its budget for the year 1/1/2021 through <br /> 12/31/2021, by quarters,will be: <br /> First Qtr.
