Section 22: Limitations of Permittee It shall be <br /> unlawTul for a Lawn Sprinkling Contractor to act as a Master <br /> Plumber, or for a Lawn Sprinkling Contractor to act as a <br /> Lawn Sprinkling Mechanic, for a Lawn Sprinkling Mechanic to <br /> act as a Lawn Sprinkling Contractor, or for a Master Plumber, <br /> or Lawn Sprinkling Contractor, or Lawn Sprinkling Mechanic <br /> to act as Journeyman Plumber without a valid certificate of <br /> competency and a license fob the respective classification. <br /> Section 23 : Revocation of Certificate of Competency: <br /> The Board of Plumber Examiners may cancel or revoke any <br /> Certificate of Competency issued by it to any person, if <br /> such person later shows lack of competency or lack of knowledge <br /> in matters relevant to such certificate or if it should <br /> appear that such certificate was obtained by fraud. I': <br /> the Certificate of Competency of any person be so cancelled <br /> or revoked, another such certificate shall not be granted to <br /> such person within twelve months after the date of cancellation <br /> or revocation. <br /> Cancellation or revocation of Certificate ofCompetency <br /> automatically cancels license obtained by such Certificate . <br /> Certificates of Competency are not transfer able and shall <br /> be used only by the person named thereon. <br /> Section 24: Penalties : Any person, firm, partnership <br /> or corporation who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the <br /> provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a mis- <br /> demeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount <br /> not exceeding $300.00, or imprisonment in the City Jail not <br /> exceeding 90 days, or by both such fine or imprisonment. <br /> Every day that such violation continues to exist shall <br /> be deemed to be a separate offense . <br /> Section 25 : 1'.pplication: Nothing contained in this <br /> ordinance shall be deemed to affect in any way the present <br /> status of a Master Plumber or a Journeyman Plumber or cause <br /> or require either of such ones to obtain a lawn sprinkling <br /> license as provided by this ordinance in order to install lawn <br /> sprinkling apparatus systems, the present license of Everett <br /> City Code 2 .16 et seq. includes the installation of such <br /> systems . <br /> If any provision of this ordinance or its application to <br /> any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of <br /> the ordinance or application of the provisions to other <br /> persons or circumstances shall not be affected. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Attest - <br /> L <br /> � _ t � <br /> -y Clerk <br /> Passed: A''R 171962 <br /> Published: APR 18 1962 <br /> J <br />
