* <br /> 4. Rear Yard. Where rear yards are required, no building <br /> shall be hereafter erected or altered so that any portion <br /> thereof shall be nearer the reaar property line than the <br /> distance indicated by the depth of the required rear yard. <br /> Rear Yard Exceptions Eaves, cornices, steps, terraces, <br /> platforms and rear porches not exceeing 15 feet in height may <br /> extend into the read yard. Accessory buildings may be built <br /> within the rear yard provided that such buildings shall not <br /> cover more than 50 per cent of the rear yard and further <br /> provided that such buildings shall be erected five feet or <br /> more from adjoining property lines. ( 5.04.270) <br /> SECTION 9 : PROHIBITED USES : In all zones, the <br /> existence or use of outhouses or privies is prohibited. <br /> Sanitary conveniences must be incorporated within the building <br /> which they serve and must consist of a chemical toilet or <br /> installed plumbing properly connected to a septic tank and <br /> disposal field or to a closed sewer.
