• I • E. YARD REQUIREMENTS: 1. FRONT YARD. There shall be a minimum setback line from the centerline of right of way of 55 feet when rights of way are less than 60 feet; and 1/2 of right of way plus 25 feet when rights of way are 60 feet or more. 2 . SIDE YEARD. There shall be a side yard on each side of a building having a depth of not less than 7-1/2 feet; provided corner lots shall have a side yard abutting a street of not less than 15 feet. 3. REAR YARD. There shall be a rear yard having a depth of not less than 25 feet . F. HEIGHT LIMITATIONS: No building shall exceed 25 feet above the average elevation at the foot of the building. G.
