9. Everett Fire Department wildland team positions include: <br /> • Firefighter,Type 2 <br /> • Firefighter,Type 1 <br /> • Driver <br /> • Engine Boss <br /> • Strike Team Leader <br /> • Task Force Leader <br /> • Division/Group Supervisor <br /> • Other single resource operations or overhead position as specified by request. <br /> 10. Selection to fill mobilization rosters will be accomplished in such a way that attempts equitable <br /> distribution of hours among the team members.All mobilization hours will be recorded on the <br /> overtime tracking spreadsheet. <br /> 11. Demobilization <br /> A. Demobilization may be initiated by the IMT Team, Strike Team or Task Force Leader,or at the <br /> direction of the Everett Fire Chief or their designee. <br /> B. The timing of the end of the mobilization period will be coordinated to include up to 3 hours <br /> of apparatus/equipment cleanup upon arrival in Everett.All cleanup will be coordinated to <br /> occur within the bounds of the authorized mobilization period. <br /> C. Any employee who demobilizes on their normally assigned shift may be released at the end <br /> of their mobilization time utilizing their choice of vacation hours without restrictions, or <br /> emergency leave. Emergency leave hours will be repaid within 12 months of the occurrence. <br /> D. Any employee who returns from a mobilization on the day prior to their normally assigned <br /> shift will have the option to utilize vacation hours without restrictions, or emergency leave <br /> for the adjacent shift. Emergency leave hours will be repaid within 12 months of the <br /> occurrence. <br /> 12. This document will be reviewed on an as-needed basis.
